The numbers arrive with the address
Asking price, ARV, repair estimate and comps go out in the same email as the photos. Your buyer can say yes or no the same day, which is the only speed that works at this discount.
It closes in weeks, not months
Cash or hard money, short inspection period, hard earnest money. Slow and conditional is what we are selling the discount to avoid.
