We collect what you type into our forms — name, phone, email, and what you are looking to buy — and we use it to send you properties that match. We do not sell it.

Deal alerts unsubscribe in one click from any email we send. Asking us to delete your record is enough; call (305) 458-8826 or reply to any email.

We use Google Analytics to count visits. It sets a cookie. If that bothers you, block it — nothing on this site needs it to work.
